Terms

Participants in the Fellows Program are required to attend all components of the 2025 Interventional Glaucoma Consortium, from November 7-9. For details on the schedule of events, please view the site's Agenda page.

The support package will include hotel accommodations for 3 nights (November 6, 7, and 8), a travel stipend, and on-site transportation. Cancellation after Friday, October 3, 2025 will result in a cancellation fee of $800.

I understand that no charges will be placed on my card; however, I understand in the event I cancel my participation and attendance at the meeting as a support recipient outside of the cancellation period (Friday, October 3, 2025), my card will be charged a cancellation fee of $800.
